Turmeric Adaptogenic Tonic
1 cup heated coconut milk
1 tsp. MCT or coconut oil
1 tsp. turmeric powder
1 tsp. maca powder
1 tsp. raw honey or 3-5 drops organic liquid stevia
1 tbsp Collagen Hydrolysate
